This rejection message is a rejection of the app based on content. WebViewGold does not deliver content itself, but only provides a platform for editing content. You can try to a) inform Apple via the Resolution Center about the usefulness of your app (e.g., “The app allows our customers to discover the current menu of our restaurant”), b) provide new content and resubmit the app, or c) search the internet for other experiences with this rejection reason (e.g., https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/110297) 🙂
