Apple requests the “Sign in with Apple” login from apps that offer login options of other third-party platforms (e.g. “Sign in with Facebook”, “Sign in with Google” or “Sign in with Twitter”). If a registration requests a pure e-mail address or a cell phone number, Apple is happy even without the “Sign in with Apple” option. So the easiest solution would be to hide the other platform logins during the review and activate them again afterward.
