This status update mail is not a rejection by Apple. Just a warning regarding non-configured push. If you do not use Push Notifications, you can ignore that mail and go ahead submitting your app via App Store Connect 🙂 If you DO want to use remote Push Notifications, please add the Push Notification Entitlement in both Xcode (https://prnt.sc/vmo3v7) and the Apple Developer Portal (https://prnt.sc/vmo67e).
