Solution 1:
– Choose “Erase All Content and Settings” in the iOS Simulator (Device > Erase All Contents and Settings…)
– Restart Xcode and clean the project by pressing Command + Shift + K simultaneously.

In the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qZd98DEm9yI, you can see that your app has two targets (WebViewGold and OneSignalNotificationServiceExtension). Make sure to choose an Apple development team for both targets. And make sure to use the same version number for both targets.
