    Also check out this article. Then, please re-check if the In-App Purchase is working on your testing environment using a fresh (!) Sandbox account. Old, already existing Sandbox accounts can lead to problems. How to create a fresh Sandbox account:

     

    – Sign in to App Store Connect at https://appstoreconnect.apple.com

     

    – Click the ”Users and Access” section icon.

     

    – In ”Sandbox”, click ”Testers”.

     

    – Click “+” to set up your sandbox account.

     

    – Complete the sandbox account information form and click ”Invite”.

     

    If it does work using the fresh Sandbox account, please reply this kind of message to the Apple review team within the Resolution Center of your app (link can be found in the rejection mail of Apple):
