According to envato/CodeCanyon license terms – can be found at https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard – you can publish 1 (one) end product per license.
As long as you only have one end product live/published, you will not need another license. But when releasing another end product (= published app in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store) another license of WebViewGold is required.
