Three rejections in a row feel personal. They are not. Either each round surfaced a different issue, or you and the reviewer disagree about one. Both have a method. Here is how to find out which one you are in and what to do next.
From $109 one-time per platform, or let our team do it all from $698.
Every submission can land with a different reviewer, and each reviewer stops at the first serious problem. Fixing the blank screen (2.1) reveals the missing Sign in with Apple (4.8), which reveals the missing account deletion (5.1.1). That looks like three rejections but is really one incomplete checklist. The other pattern is a repeated judgment call, usually 4.2 or 4.3, where the wording barely changes because the app barely changed. The two patterns need different responses, so put the three messages side by side before you touch anything.
| Pattern | What it means | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Same guideline, nearly the same wording each time | The change you made was not visible to the reviewer | Change the app, not the reply. Make the fix obvious on the first screen and name it in the notes. |
| A different guideline each time | Normal; the checklist was incomplete | Run the full pre-flight below once, fix everything, resubmit once. |
| "Unable to review", "need more information", login problems | The reviewer cannot use the app | Demo account, video, exact steps. See the demo account guide. |
| 4.2 or 4.3 with your changes ignored | Disagreement about value or uniqueness | Ask for a call; if the call does not resolve it, appeal. |
Numbered changes, where to find them, build number, demo account, a screen recording. Most cases end here; the reply templates save time.
Some rejection messages offer a call; if yours does not, ask for one in the reply. A reviewer walking through the app with you resolves 4.2 and 4.3 disagreements faster than any text.
For a decision you believe is wrong, submit an appeal through the App Store contact form (topic: appeal) with the app name, the guideline, and a factual argument. Appeals take longer than regular reviews; do not resubmit while one is open unless Apple asks.
Account status, agreements, certificates, a stuck "Waiting for Review" state. Support cannot overturn a review, but it unblocks the surroundings.
WebViewGold's 24/7 chat support has seen the exact wording you received and knows which native feature or setting usually ends the thread. One message before you resubmit is cheaper than another round.

My iOS WebView is finally approved. Thanks!!
Start a new app record only when the product itself changes identity: a new name and brand, a different audience, or an app record that is wrong at the root (wrong platform, wrong account, wrong primary category you cannot change). Never to escape a rejection: the history belongs to your developer account, not to the bundle ID, and a reviewer who sees the same app under a second ID has a 4.3 case handed to them. Ordinary rejections carry no penalty, so keep the record, keep the thread, and keep improving the same build. The bundle ID guide explains what else is tied to the identifier.
No. Each submission is reviewed again. Repeated identical submissions waste time, but there is no cap.
Appeal only when the rejection is factually wrong, for example a feature the reviewer claims is missing but exists. If the complaint is about quality or value, change the app; appeals do not improve products.
No one can speak to App Review on your behalf except team members of your developer account. Support helps you write the reply and choose the fix; you send it.
Same result, different amount of work on your side. All three come with the approval guarantee and 24/7 human support.
