One codebase, real store app
The Android app loads your published Trae URL inside a native WebView. There is no second project to maintain and no code export.
Trae → Google Play
SOLO deployed it to Vercel in one click. WebViewGold takes that URL to the App Store and Google Play. Your Trae app already runs in the browser. WebViewGold wraps the published URL in a native Android app shell, adds push notifications and other native features, and backs the submission with a Google Play approval guarantee. You keep building in Trae; every publish updates the app instantly.
From $109 one-time per platform, or let our team do it all from $698.
Trae's SOLO mode ends at a Deploy button that publishes the project to Vercel, which is exactly the stable HTTPS URL WebViewGold wraps. Keeping the web deployment as the only build means the Supabase auth, storage and tables you connected in Trae work the same inside the app, and the next Deploy updates every installed copy. A second native project would take you out of the plan-build-preview-deploy loop that makes SOLO fast.
The Android app loads your published Trae URL inside a native WebView. There is no second project to maintain and no code export.
Click Deploy again (or push to main) and the app shows the new version on the next launch. Only changes to the native shell itself (icon, new native feature) need a store update.
Push notifications, offline screen, native sharing, biometric login, QR scanner, in-app purchases and deep links are single settings or one-line JavaScript calls.
Google Play Store approval guarantee – or your money back within 14 days. 96.4% of all WebViewGold apps get approved by the review teams on the first attempt.

Great work! Never coded anything but managed to work with this. Easy and fast! Also with great help from the creators!
Eight steps, no coding. Most people finish the native part in under an hour.
In SOLO mode, connect your Vercel account under Integrations and click Deploy in the chat panel; Trae returns a live URL and the project appears in your Vercel dashboard. You can also push to GitHub and deploy with Vercel, Netlify or your own host. Use the production URL or your domain in WebViewGold. Trae's built-in preview runs on localhost, and every Vercel deployment also gets its own hashed URL. Use the project's production domain. Custom domain: Add the domain in the Vercel project's Domains settings and set the DNS records. See why a custom domain before submission is worth it.
Add a privacy policy page, an account deletion option (if users can sign up), and remove builder badges or "download our app" banners. Run the free Google Play readiness check on your URL: it flags mixed content, missing viewport tags, builder preview domains and other blockers in seconds.
One-time payment, free updates. You receive the ready-made Android Studio project, or activate the WebViewGold Cloud Builder and skip the IDE entirely.
Open Config.java (or the Cloud Builder form), paste your published URL, set the app name, choose your package name, upload the icon and pick the splash screen. No coding needed.
Enable push notifications, the offline screen, pull-to-refresh, biometric login, the QR scanner or App Links with single settings. Everything is optional.
In Android Studio: Build → Generate Signed Bundle. In the Cloud Builder: click Build and the signed .aab is prepared and uploaded for you.
Create the app in the Play Console, fill in the store listing, upload icon, feature graphic and screenshots, complete Data safety, content rating and app access.
New personal accounts run a 14-day closed test with 12 testers first. Then promote the release to production and submit for review. Our approval guarantee covers you.
These are the points that come up most often with Trae projects (Any web stack; SOLO projects are often React + Vite or Next.js with Supabase).
Paste this into Trae and let it apply the changes reviewers look for. Review the result, then publish.
Before the next Deploy, prepare this project for the App Store and Google Play. It will run inside the WebViewGold native WebView wrapper on iPhone, iPad and Android phones. Check each step in the built-in preview at phone width. 1. Ensure a meta viewport tag, no horizontal overflow from 320px to 1024px, 44px tap targets and safe-area-inset padding on fixed headers and footers. 2. Make the start URL the app itself (sign-in or the main screen), not a marketing landing page; tell me which path to use. 3. Add /privacy and /terms pages linked from the footer, and a "Delete account" action that deletes the user's Supabase rows and auth user after confirmation. 4. Remove "Download our app" banners and external promotional links from the main navigation; add retry states for failed requests. 5. List every OAuth provider and redirect URL the app uses, so I can update the Supabase allow list and the WebViewGold Social Login Helper. 6. Add these rules to .trae/rules/project_rules.md. Do not deploy yet. Summarize the changes and the production URL I should put into WebViewGold.
Google reviews behavior, not tooling. Nobody is rejected for using Trae; apps are rejected for the points below.
Google rejects apps that only wrap a website without the website owner's permission or that offer no real functionality. Wrapping your own product with added native features is fine.
Every app needs a privacy policy URL and a completed Data safety form that lists what the app and its SDKs collect.
Apps that let users create accounts must offer account deletion inside the app and via a web link you provide in the Play Console.
Personal accounts created after November 2023 must run a closed test with at least 12 testers for 14 continuous days before they can request production access.
New apps must target a recent Android version. WebViewGold updates keep the template current; just build with the latest version.
Digital goods and subscriptions sold in the app generally must use Google Play Billing (WebViewGold supports RevenueCat). Physical goods and services may use other payment methods.
Every feature is optional and documented step by step in the WebViewGold for Android documentation.
Remote push via OneSignal or Pushwoosh, local scheduled pushes via a JavaScript call.
Documentationhttps links to your domain and custom schemes open directly in the app.
DocumentationGoogle Play subscriptions and one-time purchases via RevenueCat, triggered from your web app.
DocumentationA native "Try again" screen when the user is offline, or a local HTML fallback.
DocumentationMinimum and maximum splash duration with fade-out, or a native spinner while loading.
DocumentationFingerprint / face unlock gate from a JavaScript call.
DocumentationNative scanner that returns the result to your web app.
DocumentationShare intent and haptic feedback from your web app.
DocumentationHide website-only elements and inject code when loaded inside the app.
DocumentationNative file picker and camera for your upload forms.
DocumentationTick these off and the review is a formality. The free readiness check verifies the technical half automatically.
Say you built a pickup-game organizer for a local basketball league in Trae SOLO: players see the week's games, join with one tap and the organizer gets a full roster. SOLO set up Supabase for accounts and games, and you deploy to Vercel with one click, then connect hoops.yourdomain.com. Wrapped with WebViewGold, the app sends a OneSignal push when a game is one player short, and the native share sheet (shareapp://) lets players invite friends with a link to the game. You add Sign in with Apple next to Google, put a demo player in the review notes and point the app straight at /games instead of the landing page. Both stores approve it, and each Deploy in SOLO updates the installed apps.
A complete native app project, not a subscription. Everything below is included in the license and switched on with a setting.
Deploy it from SOLO to Vercel (or any host), connect your domain, insert the production URL into WebViewGold for iOS, build with Xcode or the Cloud Builder and submit through App Store Connect. WebViewGold for Android uses the same URL for Google Play.
The production domain of the Vercel project (yourproject.vercel.app or, better, your own domain), not the per-deployment URL with a random hash and not the local preview. The production domain always serves the latest deployment, so the app updates with every Deploy.
Either Android Studio (free, runs on Windows, macOS and Linux) or the WebViewGold Cloud Builder, which builds and uploads the signed App Bundle from your browser.
Google requires personal developer accounts created after November 2023 to run a closed test with at least 12 opted-in testers for 14 continuous days before the first production release. Friends, colleagues or a Discord community are enough; organization accounts are exempt.
Google names the policy in question and you can fix and resubmit. WebViewGold comes with a Google Play approval guarantee: if Google rejects the app for a non-content reason, you get your money back within 14 days of purchase.
If the app makes money, yes. Vercel's Hobby plan is limited to personal, non-commercial use, and its fair use guidelines require a Pro or Enterprise plan for commercial projects. A free club app can stay on Hobby; a product with subscriptions, ads or paying customers should move to Pro before you submit, so the app does not depend on a plan you are not allowed to use for it.
No. Apple and Google review the app, its content and the data it collects, not the editor it was written in. Your users' data goes to the services the app uses, typically Vercel and Supabase, so those belong in your privacy policy and store privacy forms. What happens to your source code during development is covered by Trae's own terms, which are worth reading if you build for clients.
No. The app loads your published URL, so content and feature changes you publish in Trae are live in the app immediately. A new store version is only needed when the native shell changes, for example a new app icon or an added native feature.
